America is ‘10 – 20 years behind Asia’ in batteries and EVs say Democrats

Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Mark Warner and Energy Committee Chair Joe Manchin authored the letter, referencing experts who assert that the U.S. is “ten to twenty years behind Asia in commercialization of battery technology.”
