BYD reveal 2024 plan to LIBERATE China from Japanese automakers


Today, BYD conducted an investor meeting addressing various topics, encompassing next-generation technology and sales objectives. During the meeting, Wang Chuanfu, the company’s chairman, announced that BYD will introduce its fifth-generation DM (Dual Mode) hybrid technology in May. This advancement is expected to significantly reduce fuel consumption to 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers on low charge, while providing vehicles with a remarkable range of up to 2,000 kilometers on a full tank of fuel and charge.
