Electric car sales up an incredible 29% car buyers ignore anti EV media

In January, there was approximately a 25% year-over-year increase in plug-in electric car sales in Europe, which is encouraging given the reduction or elimination of certain incentives. Researcher Jose Pontes, sharing data from EV Volumes, reported that 198,993 new plug-in electric cars were registered in Europe during January. This equated to a market share of approximately 20%, up from 17% compared to the same period last year.
