Famous Chinese EV brands struggling to pay supplier bills after billions in losses

The time it takes for some Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers to pay their suppliers has been increasing, according to a recent report. By the end of 2023, Nio was taking approximately 295 days to settle its accounts payable, mostly owed to suppliers, up from 197 days in 2021, as reported by Bloomberg.
