During the first quarter of 2024, General Motors reported 594,233 vehicle deliveries in the United States, reflecting a decrease of 1.5% compared to the previous year. Despite efforts to increase all-electric vehicle sales, the company faced challenges, primarily due to the decline in sales of the retired Chevrolet Bolt EV/Bolt EUV model outweighing the introduction of the all-new Ultium-based EVs.
