On Monday, the CEO of the world’s largest energy company emphasized the importance of acknowledging the “harsh realities” regarding the prolonged presence of oil and natural gas in the global energy landscape. He stressed that the consumption of both energy sources is expected to increase for the foreseeable future, spanning at least the next decade or two. During a presentation at an energy conference in Houston, Amin Nasser, the CEO of Saudi Aramco, criticized the ambitious schedules set by environmental organizations, asserting that they have not been successful. This assertion was made in light of the fact that global consumption of fossil fuels continues to reach unprecedented levels each year.
