Tesla has refined its cost of goods sold per vehicle, achieving a noteworthy improvement to just above $36,000. This ongoing enhancement in the metric is marked by a consistent sequential reduction in cost each quarter. Notably, Tesla achieved its most substantial reduction in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) during Q4 2023 compared to Q3 2023. The figures released by the company for this metric, particularly showcased in a graphic illustrating the sequential decrease, commenced in Q4 2022.
