Leo Koguan, Tesla’s prominent retail shareholder, has affirmed his intention to vote against Elon Musk’s $55 billion package and the re-election of two board members. Our initial coverage of Koguan dates back to 2021, when the relatively unknown investor surged to become Tesla’s third-largest individual shareholder, trailing only Elon Musk and Larry Ellison.
