New car registrations in the European Union have risen through the first four months of the year, with hybrid vehicles seeing a significant increase in market share. From January to April, 3.7 million new cars were registered across the EU, marking a 6.6% increase compared to the previous year. The continent experienced robust growth, particularly in Germany and Spain, both of which saw a 7.8% increase. France experienced a 7% rise in sales, while Italy saw a 6.1% increase.
