Just days following its launch, Tesla has opted to raise the price of the Model 3 Performance, albeit maintaining its competitive edge compared to the Long Range configuration, especially when factoring in the federal tax credit. Following the highly anticipated debut of the Model 3 Performance earlier this week, Tesla swiftly adjusted its price upwards by $1,000, as indicated on its order configurator. Despite now being listed at $53,990 in the U.S., up from its initial $52,990, it’s noteworthy that the Model 3 Performance remains the sole configuration of the sedan eligible for the $7,500 tax credit.
